Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. Delivery is available to most countries, subject to local carrier coverage.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after processing:

Domestic: 5–10 business days International: 10–20 business days

Please note these are estimates. Delivery times may vary due to customs, location, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination. Any applicable charges will be shown before you complete your order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. JoinFundrise is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
