Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your bracelet from JoinFundrise. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, bracelets must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, contact us at accountsecurity@joinfundriser.com with your order number. We'll provide return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned bracelet, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your bracelet arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at accountsecurity@joinfundriser.com with photos of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the bracelet is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your bracelet for a different size or style, contact us and we'll guide you through the process.
